A Collaborative Dinner EventWe're pleased to announce the first ever Blackfire Farm and Post & Beam Brewing paired dinner event on Wednesday, February 12th. Please join us as Chef Douglas Higley crafts and presents a seven-course meal featuring locally grown, seasonally appropriate ingredients prepared over live fire. Courses will be expertly paired with a beer brewed by Post & Beam.With each course you will learn about the ingredients, preparation, and background of both the food and beer from Chef Higley, Post & Beam owner Erika Rosenfeld, and brewer Steve O'Brien. This meal will be crafted around the deep winter season, embracing the robust flavors that bring warmth to New England in the coldest parts of the year.Dinner will begin at 6:00 and will be served family-style from large platters at shared tables or bar seating.
